Dr. Samra Culum-Williams is an educator at the College of Southern Idaho and a community historian with a strong background in historic preservation. She served on the Twin Falls Historic Preservation Commission, including a term as chair, where she helped lead public tours, gallery exhibits, and educational reader boards. Through both her teaching and preservation projects, she is passionate about connecting people to the stories that have shaped Southern Idaho.
