The Idaho Constitution, the Rule of Law and American Democracy

This talk explores the Idaho Constitution in the context and tradition of American Constitutionalism and the rule of law. We focus on the importance of the sovereignty of the people in creating and shaping a government of their choosing and discuss the rights, liberties and freedoms guaranteed by the Declaration of Rights with an eye to current challenges and controversies.
