Student Exhibition Registration

Student show dates

Instructors will select artwork after spring break. Label selected pieces as directed by your instructor. Prepare selected pieces for installation.

Take your work to the Herrett Center museum on:

• Tuesday, April 22^nd, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, April 23^rd, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, April 24^th, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Thursday, April 24^th at 4:30 p.m. is the deadline; no submissions will be accepted past 4:30 p.m.!

Exhibit schedule:

• Friday, April 25^th: Show installation
• Tuesday, April 29^th: Show opening & reception, 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.
• Saturday, May 17^th: Show closing

After the show closes, you may pick up your pieces from the museum on:

• Tuesday, May 20^th, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
• Wednesday, May 21st, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Thursday, May 22^nd, 10:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
• Friday, May 23^rd, 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.

Additional labels for accepted pieces: Name, student ID, mailing address, e-mail address, and phone number
